The season of Easter is a time to celebration the resurrection of our Lord with prayer and the gathering of family and friends. Here at House of Grace we rejoiced by organizing and planning our yearly programs. With the help of staff and many volunteers from our local community and church, we successfully parceled and distributed nutritious food packages to over three hundred needy families from different religions around Haifa. Our society and local schools showed their continual support by donating food produces which we added to the food packages and also volunteering.

Our annual Easter Festival took place on the 13th of April on the House of Graces grounds. This year the festival was successfully managed by our boys and girls youth groups who not only organized the festivals activities they also took on the responsibility of operating each of the stations. We are very proud of their outstanding abilities to undertake such a project. They acted with grace and care which shows their great maturation as individuals.

During Holy Week, masses were held at the Madonna Church which was beautifully decorated by the House of Grace staff. The local community filled the church with their voices in prayer on Maundy Thursday. On Good Friday, the local Scouts participated in the outdoor ceremony which House of Grace held. We hope the Madonna Church will continue to be a place where friends and families gather in faith and love.
