Beyond Politics: Emergency Humanitarian Aid for the People of Gaza

Beyond politics and in cooperation with Israeli and Palestinian Humanitarian organization and coordination with UNRWA, House of Grace becomes the main collection center for the whole North of Israel for humanitarian aid for the people of Gaza. The incentive, by two Jewish women from Jerusalem, bloomed with charity and cooperation that went beyond politics, race or gender.
House of Grace invested all its resources (volunteers, fund, contacts, community, friends) to be able to make the maximum of this campaign to help as much as possible. The response was astonishing, and people from all around the north, Jews, Christians and Muslims alike, came to give not only food and cloth, but also volunteer to wrap and load the aid on trucks. At the end of the day (Jan, 21st 09), two truckloads were sent to the people of Gaza in hope that this little aid will help them overcome the agony of war.
House of Grace is thankful to all those who helped with resources and time to make this blessed humanitarian initiative successful as we all continue our prayers for peace.
